What is it?
Think smooth, hydrated, glowing skin coupled with deep relaxation. The Science & Soul Signature Facial is all about swift results and skin balance. We’ve got every skin type covered with our combination of exfoliation, extractions, sonophoresis and enzyme treatment. This fully customisable treatment is suitable for everyone. A perfect starting point for clients new to dermal therapies who may feel intimidated by more invasive treatments. This is also an ideal treatment if it's your first facial, with plenty of time to chat, consult and treat.

Soulful skin facial
What is it?
A simple pick-me-up treatment tailored for your skin. The Soulful Skin treatment involves a microdermabrasion skin treatment for skin rejuvenation, deep cleansing & hydration along with the application of corrective serums to target your concerns. Your treatment will also include any acne, blackhead or milia extractions needed along with an incredible face and head massage. A great skin tune up option if you've already had skin treatments with us before. If it's your first time, though, please book the Science and Soul Facial option.

This fully customisable treatment is suitable for everyone. A perfect solution for those who want to keep it simple.

Dermapen 4
What is it?
Dermapen 4 uses micro-needles to stimulate collagen and elastin production, improving skin texture and reducing the appearance of scarring, ageing, skin redness, pigmentation and visible pores. We won’t say it doesn’t hurt, but we will say it’s worth it! Dermapen 4 offers the results of laser without the surface removal of your skin.
Who is it for?
If you’re serious about preventing and reversing the signs of ageing, improving the texture of scarring and reducing the appearance of melasma and redness, this treatment is for you!

How it works
Oscillating micro-needles gently glide over the skin and create tiny channels down into the deeper layers of the dermis. This encourages pin-point bleeding and inflammation, stimulating the skin’s immune response to break down old, damaged proteins and make way for healthy new tissue.
How it feels
Expect reasonable levels of discomfort, particularly when treating the forehead. You will be able to feel vibrations from the Dermapen 4 as it travels over the treatment area, and the skin will feel quite warm afterward. Areas of specific concern, such as patches of pigmentation or scarring, will be tender.
Precare
If you are prone to cold sores, we recommend using an over-the-counter prophylactic to reduce the risk of pre-treatment breakout.
Aftercare
We will guide you through a home care routine to optimise your results. Take it easy on your skin for five days, or until any reactions have subsided. Use a gentle cleanser morning and night, along with a moisturiser. As always, you should avoid direct sunlight, and wear a high SPF sunscreen and hat whenever outdoors.
Downtime
Expect two to four days of mild to moderate redness, mild swelling and generalised sensitivity. A dry, flaky appearance may occur for two to five days post-treatment.

CryoPen: Skin tag, lesion and mole removal
What is it?
Cryotherapy uses extreme cold (cryotherapy) to painlessly and safely destroy unwanted superficial lesions on the surface of the skin. The treatment removes skin tags, freckles, moles, milia, cherry angiomas (hemangiomas), and hyperpigmentation lesions.
Who is it for?
CryoPen is suitable for anyone who wants quick removal of unwanted lesions.

How it works
A high pressure jet of nitrous oxide – N2O (the source of the cold energy) is directed at the specific lesion being treated and acts with pinpoint accuracy. The lesion is frozen, allowed to rest, and re-frozen a number of times. Sounds a little weird, doesn't it, but it's safe, effective and surgery free.
How it feels
The treatment is virtually pain free. You'll experience a cold sensation. Afterward you will experience pinkness, some swelling and potentially some temporary blistering that will reduce quickly.

No precare is required.
Aftercare
We will guide you through what to use on your skin after your treatment. Take it easy on your skin for five days, or until any reactions have subsided. Use a gentle cleanser morning and night, along with a moisturiser. As always, you should avoid direct sunlight, and wear a high SPF sunscreen and hat whenever outdoors.
Downtime
For most lesions there will be signs of recovery: crusting, pinkness and tenderness for 5-7 days. The skin will continue to heal and repair over the following 4 weeks where you won't notice inflammation or swelling but a little pinkness may still be visible. Some people may develop a temporary change in skin colour (pigmentation). No make up is recommended for 12 hours after your treatment. Thereafter you can apply makeup for coverage.
Frequency
Your area of concern may be successfully treated in a single session. Depending on the lesion it may need two or more treatments. You can book a second session if needed once all pinkness has subsided, usually after six weeks.

Back 'Facial' Treatment
What is it?
Targeted, potent and results driven, Back 'Facial' Treatments thoroughly clear away spots and work to treat back acne & congestion, minimising post inflammatory pigmentation (those darker spots you see on the skin from breakouts). We work the skin with microdermabrasion and a peel treatment to leave your back clean and cleared. You will leave with smoother skin and some tips and tricks to ensure you can prevent further flare ups with home care treatment products. Your treatment will include any acne, blackhead or milia extractions needed.

How it feels
Each part of the treatment will create a different sensation. Cleansing and the use of hot towels will feel gentle but thorough, extractions will involve some mild discomfort, while peels will involve a tingling sensation, leave the skin feeling deeply treated and smooth.

No precare is required.
Aftercare
We will guide you through breakout and scarring preventative home care in your session, ensuring you are armed with some super simple yet highly effective ways of preventing back breakouts at home.
Downtime
Little-to-none. You may notice some pinkness from extractions after your treatment and may experience some slight skin shedding post treatment from your peel.
Frequency
To improve specific concerns, we recommend treatments at regular intervals. This may vary depending on the concerns and severity of acne or scarring. We can discuss treatment planning in your session. You will benefit from a single treatment; however regular maintenance will accelerate results and is preventative.

Skin Peel Treatments
What is it?
Peel treatments are quick, effective and are an excellent skin boost between your facial treatments. They have the ability to quickly dislodge dead skin cells, work on pigmentation, acne, dryness and dullness. We have a curated range of peel treatments available so we can customise your skin peel session for your needs.
Who is it for?
This fully customisable treatment is suitable for everyone. We have peels to suit all skin conditions and concerns. We recommend you start with one of our facial treatments inclusive of a consultation prior to booking a skin peel.
Contraindications
If you are pregnant we will not perform peels including retinol or BHA. Pregnancy safe options are available.
How it works
Guided by your consultation and skin analysis, we apply a single peel or a peel combination to your skin to target your specific skincare concerns and goals. We may include a brief microdermabrasion to intensify results.
How it feels
Most of our peels will create a warm, tingly sensation with some peel treatments feeling warmer than others. Your skin will feel like it's had a workout.
Precare
No precare is required for most peels. The use of active retinol-based skin care prior to the application of a Retinol Peel is ideal for best outcomes.
Aftercare
We will guide you through home care in your session. Take it easy on your skin for three to five days. Use a gentle cleanser morning and night, along with a moisturiser. As always, you should avoid direct sunlight and wear a high SPF sunscreen and hat whenever outdoors.
Downtime
Little to none. Some peels may induce mild shedding; this will be discussed prior to application.
Frequency
To improve specific concerns, we recommend two to three appointments at two- to four-week intervals, followed by a review. For a general skin pick-me-up you will benefit from a single peel session. Regular preventative maintenance is recommended at four- to six-week intervals.

If you're not keen to begin with a treatment, a consultation and skin analysis means we can find out all about you and your skin – its history, its problems and where you want to take it next. We answer questions, come up with a home care approach to ensure you feel confident with what you're doing to care for your skin every day and we can answer any of your questions about treatments and your skin goals. We take a holistic approach to your wellbeing, recognising that mental health, physiological health and skin are all intrinsically linked so we cover all bases.
Online:
Nothing beats a face-to-face consult but if you can’t make it to the therapy space, our online consultations are the next best thing! Discuss all of your skincare concerns and receive professional skin expertise from the comfort and convenience of your home or office. We'll cover all areas of a regular consult but we'll do it online!
