If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered please email within 2 days of receiving your parcel so that we can contact you to discuss the concern and issue you with a returns approval authorisation.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit where goods are faulty. We do not accept returns on sale items. Again we regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened, or used, for hygiene reasons.
We encourage you to be in touch if you have allergies or concerns about product ingredients prior to purchasing as we are unable to accept reaction returns for all product brands.
We do accept authorised product reaction returns for O Cosmedics products. Any reaction must adhere to O Cosmedics returns policy and a reaction form must be completed and reaction images must be provided. Contact us immediately and we can discuss your skin's response.
Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used by the voucher recipient.
