Appointments
Do I need to make an appointment to visit?
Yes, you do. Allison works by appointment only. If you’d like to make a booking please email or telephone
What’s your cancellations policy?
We require a minimum of 48hours for all booking cancellations or changes or your appointment fee will apply to cover the time you reserved. You can read our full policy here.
Skin treatments
What facial is best for my skin?
If it’s your first time we’d strongly suggest booking a Science and Soul Facial. This is customised to your skin's needs and includes consultation time as well as microdermabrasion, sonophoresis, facial massage and more. If you’ve been before and if you’d like a less comprehensive session you can book a Soulful Skin Facial, which is more condensed. To intensify either of these facials adding on a peel is an excellent choice — we’ll select a peel that’s right for your skin concerns.

If you’re interested in a more intensive clinical treatment you can consider Dermapen micro needling or cryotherapy.

Can I pick up products rather than having them posted?
Yes, you can do however you will need to place an online order and select to ‘pick up’ from the shipping options.
Parking
Where can I park?
Free parking is available on Albion Street without time limits. You can also park in any neighbouring streets without time limits.
