Appointments
Do I need to make an appointment to visit?
Yes, you do. Allison works by appointment only. If you’d like to make a booking please email or telephone
What’s your cancellations policy?
We require a minimum of 48hours for all booking cancellations or changes or your appointment fee will apply to cover the time you reserved. You can read our full policy here.
Skin treatments
What facial is best for my skin?
We recommend you start with the Discovery Facial which includes a thorough first time consultiation and customised treatment for your skin. If you've been before you can pick any facial you'd like. You can view all the options here.
Products
Can I pick up products rather than having them posted?
Yes, you can do however you will need to place an online order and select to ‘pick up’ from the shipping options.
Parking
Where can I park?
Free parking is available on Stewart Street and on Taranaki Avenue. You can also park in any neighbouring streets.
Accessibility & Sensory needs
How accessible is the space?
The space has been designed to be quiet and minimises sensory stimulation. You'll hear very soft neutral music playing to support nervous system regulation. The tones of the therapeutic space are designed to be relaxing and non-distracting. If you are having a psychotherapy session and find sensory fiddle toys are supportive we welcome you to bring your favourites with you.
The primary therapeutic space is upstairs and due to the compact size of the building we do not have a lift. Please let us know your accessibility requirements and we can arrange a virtual appointment.
The front gate to the property is 84cm wide. The front door is 88cm wide. The step into the property is 8cm high. There are 17 stairs up to the first floor where our treatment room is. We have a gender neutral toilet on the ground and first floor.
