Every skin is different. Drawing on more than two decades of experience, we offer customised facial treatments from our calm, low-sensory Brunswick East clinic.
Each facial is shaped around your current skin needs and goals. Depending on the treatment, this may include microdermabrasion, extractions, enzyme therapy, sonophoresis, corrective serums, massage and LED light therapy. LED is included in every facial.
Treatments can be adapted to concerns including dehydration, congestion, blackheads and milia, sensitivity, redness, pigmentation, uneven texture and signs of ageing. Professional extractions, including milia removal where appropriate, can be incorporated into your facial.
If you are new to the clinic, the Discovery Facial allows time for a thorough consultation and comprehensive first treatment. Returning clients can choose Soulful Skin or Science & Soul according to the level of treatment that best suits their skin.
All treatments and products used in the clinic are vegan, reflecting our strong ethical values.
Discovery Facial
For your first visit to the clinic. This comprehensive introductory treatment begins with an in-depth consultation and skin assessment, allowing us to understand your concerns and establish your skin goals before creating a facial around your needs.
Your Discovery Facial includes microdermabrasion, enzyme therapy, a customised treatment mask and LED light therapy. Extractions and sonophoresis may be incorporated according to your skin needs on the day. There is also a dreamy head, neck and shoulder massage—the kind that feels like a full-body exhale.

Who is it for?
It's for all new facial clients, whether this is your first professional facial or you are returning to skin treatments after time away. The extended consultation allows us to understand your skin before planning future Soulful Skin or Science & Soul facials.
Downtime:
No downtime is usually expected, although temporary redness may occur after extractions or more active treatment. We will explain your personalised home care and recommend daily high-SPF sun protection.
Duration:
Your session is 80mins, including consultation time, but allow 90mins from the time you arrive arrive to the time you leave, just in case.

Science & Soul Facial
Science & Soul is our most comprehensive facial for returning clients, combining targeted skin treatment with maximum time for relaxation.
Each visit is customised and includes microdermabrasion, enzyme therapy, a customised treatment mask and LED light therapy. Extractions and sonophoresis are incorporated according to your skin needs on the day. The longer appointment makes room for an extended, dreamy head, neck and shoulder massage, with more time to sink into the bed, feel cocooned and fully switch off.
The extended appointment allows us to address multiple concerns while maintaining the slower, restorative experience at the heart of our Science Meets Soul approach.

Soulful Skin Facial
Designed for returning clients, Soulful Skin is a focused facial for regular skin maintenance, hydration and deep cleansing. It includes microdermabrasion, a customised treatment mask, corrective serums and LED light therapy, with extractions incorporated where needed. A dreamy head, neck and shoulder massage brings the slower, more soulful part of the treatment.
This shorter facial is ideal when your skin needs a refresh but you do not need the extended treatment time of Science & Soul. If this is your first visit, please choose the Discovery Facial.

Back Facial for Congestion & Breakouts
A targeted treatment for back congestion, blackheads, breakouts and the darker marks that can remain after blemishes.
The treatment includes microdermabrasion, a clearing peel and red and blue LED light therapy to support clearer, calmer skin. Extractions for congestion, blackheads and milia are included where needed.
You’ll also receive practical home-care guidance to help support your skin between appointments.

Aftercare:
We will guide you in a very simple home care routine to prevent back blemishes and to minimise current scarring.

You may choose a single treatment or return as your skin needs. If you are working on persistent congestion or breakouts, we can suggest a treatment and home-care plan that suits both your skin and your circumstances.

Please choose the Discovery Facial. It includes additional consultation time so we can assess your skin, discuss your concerns and establish your treatment goals before creating a customised facial.
Do your facials include extractions?
Yes. Extractions for congestion, blackheads and milia are included where needed and appropriate for your skin.
Can milia be removed during a facial?
Milia can often be professionally extracted during your facial where appropriate. We will assess the area first, as some milia may require a different approach or more than one appointment.
Is LED light therapy included?
Yes. Clinical LED light therapy is included in every facial and selected according to your skin needs.
How often should I have a facial?
There is no required schedule. Some clients enjoy regular facials every six to eight weeks, while others visit seasonally or whenever their skin needs additional care. We can help you choose effective home care to support your skin between appointments, whether your next facial is several weeks or several months away.
Can I have a facial if my skin is sensitive or reactive?
Yes. Every facial is customised and can be adapted for sensitive, reactive or inflamed skin. If you are experiencing a significant flare or are unsure whether treatment is suitable, you are welcome to contact us before requesting an appointment.
