Bookings Policy

If you're considering making a booking it's important that you understand what you can expect from us and what we need from you so we're all happy with creating a reservation. Our bookings policy aims to be exceptionally clear and fair. It adheres to Australian Consumer Law. This is our policy:


I can't make my booking or I need to change it?

If for any reason you need to change all or part of your booking we need a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid your paying for your booking. The more notice you can provide the more we appreciate it!  

If you do make a longer booking of more than 2 hours duration we may request, in your booking confirmation, a minimum of 3 working days notice of cancellation or changes.



Why must I give notice?
Your notice allows us the time to offer the booking to someone else. It's only fair we allow that someone else enough notice so they can make arrangements to attend your booked time instead. We need the 48 hours to make those phone calls. It's only respectful for each of us to give notice when things change, right? We'll always give you plenty of notice if we should need to change your booking - promise!



Why do you charge fees?


We all know how valuable time is, both yours and ours. We're happy to take booking reservations for you but if you can't honor the time you asked us to keep for you, we do need to charge for it. 


What if something comes up that is beyond my control?
We do still ask for payment to cover the time you reserved. We allow you to reserve time because it makes life easy for you. It can be a disheartening when unexpected circumstances, illness or emergencies prevent you from giving us 48 hours notice but we need you to appreciate that, like you, we still need to make ends meet! 

What happens if I forget to show up?
We will need to charge for the time you reserved. We always send you a confirmation when you book (that does give you a nudge to put a reminder in your diary or smart phone).


What do I pay when I don't give notice?
Without the 48 hours minimum notice we do require the full cost of your reserved booking. 

How do I pay?
We prefer not to make a fuss so your booking cost will be automatically charged to the credit card that you provided for your booking reservation.

 If you have booked with a gift certificate the value of the certificate will be used to cover the cost of your booking.

Can you make an exception for me?
 

It's not really fair. All we ask is a minimum of 48 hours notice. We offer and apply the same quality service and booking policy, equally.

Our policy doesn't suit you? 
No problem — we won't be offended. If our policy doesn't suit we ask that you do not pre-book an appointment as we do apply the policy to all bookings. You can try phoning on the day to see if we have vacancies.
